Your goals and dietary restrictions, et cetera will be analyzed in detail before your nutrition is planned out. This is a prerequisite to find out what works best for you individually and is equal in all options.

I can highly recommend committing to 12 weeks from the beginning, as this is equal to the amount of time needed for new habits to sink in or old ones to be readjusted. This nutrition program is designed for long lasting effects and will provide you with enough knowledge for you to manage your nutrition even beyond the 12 weeks. The 1 week option is for an analysis and calculations only and offers no guidance but a kickstart and consultation for those who like to do everything by themselves. Then comes the 4 week option, which helps you implement the information learnt in week one and leaves just enough time for adjustments if necessary, due to your bio feedback.
We will be in touch throughout the complete period, as it is essential to stay on top of your progress at all times. Therefore you will be asked weekly for a thorough bio feedback via email, where we can also get into detail about any questions you might have. Furthermore you have the opportunity to schedule online or mobile calls, depending on your program duration, location and preference.

In the 4 & 12 week plans your plan will constantly get adjusted according to your progress. How you react to the plan & how you implement it into your daily routine, will show which, and if any adjustments are necessary.
